one person from my villege is doing his doctor paractice. his Electropathy digree is banned by our government. now he is showing false digree of Ayurvedic %26amp; Unani medicin from Bihar univercity in high court. You need to get a forensic medical investigator and have them investigate his credentials. also tell the judge that you have these suspicions and maybe he will investigate or the medical board in your stae may initiate an investigation.so there are 3 possibilities that you can explore. I think, you need to write a letter to a high court, to the judges, and try to explain in that letter what had happened and why do you believe that his degree is false. Or maybe you also can write a letter to the University! Tell them in that letter that that person is falsely claiming to have a degree from them, explain your situation, and ask them to write to the court also.
ITs a big offence if you can prove it go to the cops and register a complaint and also to the Medical association
File a sworn affidavit in the Court stating your reasons. Definitely the Court would take into consideration your views.
