If a citizen proves someone presented false allegations in court how can the accuser be charged with purgory?

this person needs to be stopped and needs to be jailed for their crimes how can the courts be convinced they have lied to several judges and lawyers. If a citizen proves someone presented false allegations in court how can the accuser be charged with purgory?
Perjury is a criminal offense. You would need to convince your local District Attorney to bring charges. Remember, the only lies that count for purposes of proving perjury are those that were done under oath. Most proceedings under oath are written down, i.e., transcribed. Call the court to order the transcription. Then you can prove what they said, and prove it was a knowing lie.
