please just say true or false then explainThe lawmaking body in a state is the State Supreme Court, true or false?
false the legislative branch is the lawmaking branch of government. the court system is there to decide if the law fits into its constitution. The lawmaking body in a state is the State Supreme Court, true or false?
Technically, it is false. The State Supreme Court is the highest JUDICIAL body for the state but, as such, it should only INTERPRET the laws which are on the books, not institute new ones. If there is a situation not covered in the laws than it should be referred to the legislative body for clarification.

False. The State Legislatures are the law making bodies. The State Supreme Court(s) interprets, debates and tests the (state) constitutionality of those laws as cases regarding those laws come before them.
