If a citizen proves someone presented false allegations in court how can the accuser be charged with purgory?

this person needs to be stopped and needs to be jailed for their crimes how can the courts be convinced they have lied to several judges and lawyers. If a citizen proves someone presented false allegations in court how can the accuser be charged with purgory?
A prosecutor can charge someone with PERJURY if the person has lied under oath. Keep in mind this must be intentional and proven beyond a reasonable doubt. If someone states on the stand what they believe to be true, even if they are proven to be wrong, it is not perjury. It is rare people are charged and convicted of this.If a citizen proves someone presented false allegations in court how can the accuser be charged with purgory?
In order to prove someone has lied on the witness stand, committing purgery, you will need an attorney. The attorney will ask the person accused of perjury questions designed to show whether or not he told the truth in court. Before any questions are asked, the accused will be placed under oath.

The questions and answers will be recorded in a document called a ';deposition';. If there are inconsistencies between statements the accused made in court and statements he made in answer to the attorney's questions, the court will accept this as evidence of perjury.

Of course, the whole process of preparing a deposition could take many hours of an attorney's time, and you could be charged at rates up to $300 an hour.

If this would be a strain on your budget, you should consider a legal services membership plan.

As a plan member, you'll have instant access to a licensed attorney. You'll receive an 800 number, and will be entitled to unlimited free phone consultation. In addition, you will have 60 hours of courtroom time, as part of the standard plan, at no additional cost (Think what that would cost you at $300 an hour!).

What will it cost? There is $10 application fee and a monthlymembership fee of $17. There are no additional charges. You can pay the membership fee using your debit card.

As for the service, here's what one member has to say:

';I had this service when working as a nurse in CA and used it once after a car accident. The advice from a lawyer was helpful and results were favorable';. Member, CA

Another member writes:

';If anyone ever needs to have me speak to the value this service amounts to, I would have no problem standing in front of a stadium full of people and letting them know how much this service would help... Thank you again. This is definitely one satisfied customer';. Member, VA

Personally, I would set a meeting with the DA. He would know what type of ';PROOF'; you would be able to obtain ';LEGALLY';and how much you need. There are civil remedies that require less proof. Get 'em financially, you might get the DA's attention as well. Make sure you don't do anything illegal to obtain your proof, or you won't even be heard.
perjury. yes
