Ok.can you take a person to court for money for filing a false allegation report for child abuse?

Yes and you can also file criminal charges.Ok.can you take a person to court for money for filing a false allegation report for child abuse?
although the answer is YES, you can, without substantial proof that the complaint was made with intent to file the complaint with knowledge that it was false, you will fail.

Also, if the person filing the complaint is a require reporter, they hold a certain amount of immunity so such a suit would need even a larger burden of proof.Ok.can you take a person to court for money for filing a false allegation report for child abuse?
You can sue for damages (money) only if you in fact incurred such damages which you would have to prove. You would also have to prove that they made the report maliciously (slander) and due to that report you were negatively affected.
