Will Supreme Court, Back Amnesty, under the freedom of False Claims Acts...?

Since they haven't paid Federal taxes can I sue using qui tam and the freedom of information act? Especially when they register to get amnesty.

';In the United States, the doctrine is embodied in the False Claims Act, a Civil War-era law originally intended to prevent defense contractors from defrauding the government.';

Anyone can file a suit, but you'll need to start in federal District Court. You'll need to make two trips there; the first one will be to file and the second will be for the hearing where your case will be dismissed.

Many illegal immigrants pay taxes, by the way.

If you're looking for a statute on which to base a claim, you're always better off finding one that was intended to apply to the situation that you're complaining about. That said... I wonder if the False Claims Act can be used against Halliburton...Will Supreme Court, Back Amnesty, under the freedom of False Claims Acts...?
No you can't, don't be ridiculous
