Is a clerk of court immune if he allows false information to be broadcast under his name?

If a clerk of court allows court records to be publish on the internet for the public to view and the records are false yet before a person can enter the site they have to agree the clerk is not responsible... would he be in a fudiciary capscity and what would you do if you had a web site broadcast slanderous information that was not true with the authority of the clerk of court and you can prove it withen the actual court records that the information that was posted was false? Is a clerk of court immune if he allows false information to be broadcast under his name?
