What is it called when a person makes false statements in court orders?

Me and my ex husband have a child support case....he told his lawyer that we reached to an agreement to close the court case without my consent or knowledge..The court order that arrived at my houiser spoke of agreement and changes in the case that i had no knowledge and gave no consent to..we later found out that the court order was actually written by his (my exhusband's) attorney....what would this type of behavior be called in the court of law?...is there anything i can do about it?What is it called when a person makes false statements in court orders?
It sounds like the lawyer wrote a proposed court order as part of the negotiation process. It's standard practice. If he actually tried to pass off a proposed order as a real order, it would be illegal. What is it called when a person makes false statements in court orders?
As most court documents are notarized, it could be called perjury, or if it wasn't a legal court document and didn't come from the court, it would be fraud.

As the person who wrote this, his lawyer could possibly get disbarred for unethical behavior. You should complain to the state bar association.
That's just his side of the story. Now you need to get with your lawyer to admit documents to the court what you want done. Don't sign anything from his attorney.
you could have him and his attorney charged with filing a false document
