My daughter hacked into my account and created false documentation to use against me in court. What can I do?

Someone was hacking into my account last week. Then, my daughter got an emergency protective order against me. I think she used my account to send herself threatening, forged, emails. What can I do to prove this?My daughter hacked into my account and created false documentation to use against me in court. What can I do?
If you or user know of original account profile, those details may still be active,

as though you forgot password, or though password was changed, you can email yourself the username to original email, when account was created, and re-enter account from email

But if hacker changed email address and password, and previous email address, then those email would go elsewhere, and access is not option,

Try going through lost password method, to see if email goes to you still,

If you have any old emails or information, screen captures that prove original ownership, those may help with Yahoo

But Yahoo can't just hand over an account because of someone saying foul play or being hacked, and if you know of hacker info . use carefully in explanation to Yahoo staff

Wow... that's a tough one. Try this... Policemen have monitors on internet connections to catch child porno and other things. Call them and have them check back to when your account was hacked. If they can't do it, change your password. Let the police monitor your account action and if some strange activity starts happening or hacking or different computer than what you tell the police you use, they'll catch her. Don't worry, they have the tech to do it. Good luck!
Talk to your service provider, fine the IP address of the computer from which they were sent.

Also, find out what times they were sent and find out where you were at that time.
