You didn't say what state this was in, but most states allow you to contest the default by showing that you were not properly served, or served at all. Get a lawyer.A man said he served me papers to appear in court %26amp; filed a false proof of service. what do i do?
you did what you had to do

it would simply now be your word against his

if you dont know who this man is having never met him-then its based on the other persons telling him your characteristics, if you dont have money go to legal services and explain this if they wont help you, go to the district attorneys office and speak to the clerk for directions

Thank God your smart to ask.

help from above and you will have the directions you need= rays of hope=joyfull to look forward to too=EVERYDAY SURVIVAL KIT!!!

This is my gift to you. JESUS LOVES YOU -- don't ever forget it.

To the world, you may just be somebody... but to somebody, you may be the world.

old enought to understand sin and let Jesus into their heart to be their friend, amen John 3 %26amp; Revelation 3:19%26amp;20 '; I love you and knock on your heart door to come in deliver from sin -even one lie, if you ask forgiveness and let me in to be your friend.';

So i prayed and it worked = ';Jesus thanks for dying for my sins, and rising to offer to come into my heart and be my best friend. Forgive me I am sorry for my sins, come into my heart and help me, be my best friend, amen.';

once you ask him in he will guide you and correct you lovingly to help you not hurt yourself and promises= ';I will never leave you nor forsake you.'; Jesus says Hebrews 13:5 also in that chapter ';In marriage the bed is undefiled but the others I will judge.'; so with honor comes new life and power to do it right

Send this to anyone who you think needs to know that they are loved by someone in their lives. Make someone's day just a little brighter today!

prayin for you too and those with this problem.

I assume your talking about a private process service company and not a law enforcement office, constables usually serve these type papers. You can sue the man and company he works for, if you have proof that you were not served. It is against the law for him to do that. But you have to prove how you were injured by his actions.
Go to a lawyer. Go straight to a lawyer, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars.
