By asking them relevant questions, or telling the judge they are fake and they need to be questioned further, because they are not part of the case and they are false witnesses, saying it with authority, and that they are lying!
They'll get very nervous and trust me they'll get busted, judges pick up on things once mentioned.False witnesses in the court room for custody?
You either have to prove them lying by a rebuttal witness or during cross exam they have to be caught in a contradiction.
Not the easiest thing to do but it is possible.
With private investigators. Also, a good Louisville Slugger would work.
