What would happen if a person came running into a court session screaming false facts at the accused?

I've actually seen that happen three times ... so far. (Of course, I couldn't be certain the statements were false, but they were definitely inadmissible. :)

Anyway, the same thing happened each time:

The person was removed, charged with contempt, and sent to holding to chill out for a few hours.

The defense attorney moved for a mistrial. The motion was denied by the judge, who instructed the jury to disregard the commotion, and the trial went on from there.

Not all that uncommon, apparently. Emotions tend to run a bit high during proceedings. What would happen if a person came running into a court session screaming false facts at the accused?
The person would be found in contempt and removed, if they persisted they could be removed and jailed for contempt and face a fine.

There would be no political actions its a judiciary environment and has nothing to do with politicsWhat would happen if a person came running into a court session screaming false facts at the accused?
That person will be taken away by security guards and depending on the judge, he/she may place political actions on you.
then they wouldn't be facts
he would immediately get hired as an anchor at MSNBC!
