TRUE OR FALSE THE TERM OF SUPREME COURT JUSTICES IS 9 YEARS.?

False. Supreme Court Justices receive a lifetime appointment. This is part of the separation of powers among the three branches of government. Although Justices are selected by the Executive branch (the President) and approved by the Legislative branch (congress) they cannot be removed by either after being appointed. This assures that the court is not beholdant to the other two branches of government and can remain an independent check on the President and Congress.
