From a legal standpoint, you do not prove a false accusation, you just fail to prove it happened. There is a difference.
The only way you could prove a false accusation is if the victim admitted to making it up. Even then, you could make an argument that she may just say that to avoid embarassment.
Statistically, rape is the most under reported crime, so it is quite possible more rapes go unreported, than rapes that are reported and false.Anyone know what % of rapes that get to court are proven to be false accusations?
if it gets to court it is probably true. otherwise it wouldn't get that far.
